2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Picksy, you agree to these Terms of Use.
3. Description of Service
Picksy allows users to upload product photos, create private product reviews, categorize items, assign ratings, and store personal shopping history for private use.
All reviews are private and not publicly visible.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for content you upload.
- You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.
5. Subscription & Payments
Picksy may offer free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers or app stores. We do not store payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, branding, and software remain the property of Reshape Agency. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for providing the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time via the Account Deletion page.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
